Eggnog

Being an American, I always miss 'Eggnog' being on the Dairy shelf at the Grocery store, during the Christmas Holidays. In the USA, 'Eggnog', a Dairy Product, is sold in every Grocery Store, during the Christmas Holidays. (Approx. - Late October through Early February)

Eggnog = A drink made of eggs beaten with sugar, milk or cream, vanilla essence & ground nut meg.

Easy Eggnog Recipe Ingredients:

6 eggs

3 cups milk or cream

8 tablespoons sugar

3 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

Easy Eggnog Recipe Directions:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs using an electric beater (if available).

Add milk or cream and sugar.

Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly.

Add in the vanilla essence and ground nutmeg.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours).

Serves: 8.
